How We Work

Having someone in your home can be intimidating. Let us explain why our services can help you save time, make your home sell faster, or assist you with tasks you don’t enjoy or do often.

Home staging is preparing a home to sell. It can also include assisting homeowners with transitions such as downsizing or rightsizing, assisting a loved one with making their space work better or for leaving their home, or in some cases, simply refreshing your space.

We work on a consultation basis, with a minimum two-hour session to get started. Prior to that session, we will send you (email or postal mail) a short form that will help us understand you and help you clarify what you want to do. During our consultation, we will discuss the input on the form.

If you are considering selling or have your home on the market, we will walk through it with you and provide you some specific recommendations about making it appealing to potential buyers. Many of those things you can do yourself, including organizing, decluttering, rearranging furniture and adding curb appeal.

We can arrange to help you with these items, too. If outside services are required, we can make recommendations for those and coordinate them, from painting, packing/boxes and junk removal to deep cleaning and furniture rentals.

We also shop for our clients, to provide updated towels, bed linens, throw pillows, small accessories and similar – all items that you can return if you choose or enjoy in your next home.

We have trade discounts at many retailers, including Lowe’s, Home Depot, Lamps Plus, Wayfair and others. We will provide receipts to you with no mark-up (we will bill for time incurred).
